Our studio

Palinoia Renders is a 3D studio based in Dubai. We work with architects, interior designers and real estate developers to bring unbuilt spaces to life through architectural CGI, animation and interactive Unreal Engine experiences. Our work spans residential, commercial and hospitality projects. We combine architectural understanding with careful composition, light and materials to communicate the character of each space. From a single image to an immersive real-time environment, we help audiences see and explore a project before it is built.
